1. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
2. All goods remain the property of Tumi until payment is received in full.
3. Tumi must be notified of any breakages or shortages within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
4. Due to the handmade origin of Tumi products, the finish and design may vary slightly from samples or catalogue illustrations.
5. Payment of goods is due within 30 days of the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Tumi reserve the right to charge 3% interest per calendar month on overdue accounts. If you are a new customer to Tumi Ltd, and intend to trade with us for a long period, it is important to note all the first orders will be against pro-forma invoice. However, in order for us to open a credit account we will need 3 references, 2 from your other suppliers and 1 from your bank. We will not open any credit account without the appropriate references.
6. Tumi will make every effort to meet agreed delivery times, but shall not be responsible for delays or non delivery due to any cause beyond our control.
7. Tumi reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification, although every effort will be made to supply goods at prices current on date of order
8. Minimum order is £100.00 for jewellery excluding VAT.
9. Minimum order is £200.00 for non-jewellery items and mixed orders.
10. UK mainland carriage paid on orders over £400.00 excluding VAT to any one address.
    Orders below £400.00 excluding VAT and outside UK mainland carriage charged at cost plus VAT.
    For your information orders up to 15kg UK mainland are charged £6.89 plus VAT
11. You will be entitled to a discount with pre-payment of any kind against your order.

• We accept most debit / credit cards, if you pay by card please give us full debit/credit card details including the following; card number, date of expiry, registered card address, name of card holder and 3 figure security number. For security reasons please do not email us this information only give via the telephone.
• Discount is applicable to all pre-paid orders subject to terms of 8 and 9 above.
• A discount of 4% for pre-payment of any kind using a Debit Card / Cheque / BACS.
• A discount of 2% for pre-payment of any kind using a Credit Card
